How It Works

After 9 weeks of healing, learning, growing, and connecting with other leaders, many of the participants simply do not want the sessions to end. We designed the IndigoWomen Alumnae Community to pick up exactly where our group coaching cohorts leave off. All alumna participants are welcome to continue their journey with the IndigoWomen Community and get all the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive in leadership and life!

The mind-body-spirit connection is everything. And that's why I love coaching so much, because coaching, as a methodology, is truly about going in and out of those three domains-- being present to where people's bodies are, where they are emotionally and physically, and where they are spiritually. That's how people shift and change their values, which then changes their behaviors, which then shifts their relationships, which then aligns their outcomes toward their goals in both leadership and life.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Hear From Our Alumnae

This is absolutely the kind of program you can continue to grow from because you're always with a new set of women, and we all need reminding of the things that we inherently do know. I'm very, very much looking forward to the next cohort.
